Regulations & Compliance

EvalTrade Global provides two regulated service lines: (i) binary options live trading on synthetic and OTC instruments, and (ii) proprietary trading funded challenges in which qualified traders are evaluated and granted access to simulated capital.

All trading on funded challenge accounts is conducted in a simulated environment for evaluation purposes. Payouts on funded accounts are issued from the Company's own treasury and are not the result of client capital exposure to live markets.

The Company applies Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) procedures consistent with international standards. Clients are required to verify their identity using government-issued documentation before withdrawals, payouts, or significant deposits are processed.

Transactions are continuously monitored for indicators of fraud, market manipulation, multi-accounting, sanctioned activity, and money laundering. Suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older. Clients must not be residents or citizens of jurisdictions where the Company's services are prohibited by applicable law or where local regulation imposes additional licensing requirements that the Company does not hold.

By opening an account, the client confirms eligibility and accepts sole responsibility for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Binary options and leveraged trading involve substantial risk and may not be suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Clients may lose all funds committed to live accounts and should never trade with capital they cannot afford to lose.

Funded challenge fees are paid for the right to participate in an evaluation programme. Challenge fees are non-refundable once trading has commenced, except where expressly stated in the refund policy.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Company applies TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, intrusion detection, and periodic security audits.

Regulatory records — including transaction history, KYC documents and audit trails — are retained for a minimum of thirty (30) years following account closure, in line with international AML record-keeping requirements.

Withdrawals and payouts are processed through regulated payment service providers and licensed cryptocurrency processors. The Company does not custody fiat client funds outside of these regulated rails.

All payouts are subject to verification of identity, source of funds where applicable, and compliance with the challenge or trading account's terms.

Clients may raise disputes by writing to support@evaltrade.com. Disputes are reviewed internally in good faith and are typically resolved within thirty (30) business days.

Unresolved matters are governed by the laws of the Marshall Islands and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, save where overridden by mandatory consumer protections in the client's home jurisdiction.

The Company does not knowingly offer services to persons resident in jurisdictions where the activity is prohibited, including territories subject to international sanctions and jurisdictions where binary options are restricted by local regulators.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any client whose use of the platform conflicts with these restrictions.
