Why is my payout on hold?
Updated 2026-07-05
Quick answer
A payout is held when one required check is missing; fix the missing check and request again when the account qualifies.
- Account is not FUNDED
- Profit is below the $100 minimum trader share
- Funded trading days are below 5
- Qualifying funded trades are below 20
- KYC is incomplete
- Consistency percentage is above the plan limit
- Consistency check (20%) has not been met on plans that enforce it
Worked example — 20 trades check
Funded starting balance: $5,000 Qualifying trade minimum: 0.5% = $25 You placed 20 trades total Only 17 were $25 or higher Payout stays locked until 3 more qualifying trades are placed
Edge cases
- Is a hold the same as a rejection?
No. A hold usually means the account is not eligible yet or a review item is pending.
- Will support bypass missing rules?
No. Funding and payout rules are enforced consistently by the platform.
