Live trading bonus rules
Bonus credit is trading-only and never withdrawable. Live cash is always spent first. Profit earned on the bonus part of a stake becomes bonus profit, which can only buy challenges — profit made with your own cash stays fully withdrawable.
Your live wallet holds three separate buckets. Keeping them separate is what lets us offer deposit-match promotions without letting bonus money be cashed out directly.
The three buckets
- Live cash — your own deposits and any profit made from them. Fully withdrawable, can buy challenges, spent first on every trade.
- Bonus credit (locked bonus) — credit granted by a promo or deposit match. Trading only: it cannot be withdrawn and cannot pay for a challenge.
- Bonus profit — profit earned on the bonus-funded part of a stake. Not withdrawable, but it can be used to buy challenge plans.
- Live cash is always used before bonus credit on every trade
- Profit from live cash is withdrawable immediately
- Bonus profit can be spent on any challenge plan
- Bonus credit can never be withdrawn
- Bonus credit cannot pay a challenge fee
How a deposit match is applied
When a promo is active on your account, the match is applied automatically the moment a real deposit confirms, provided the deposit meets the promo's minimum. The match is a percentage of that deposit, capped at the deposit amount and at a maximum of $500. The matched amount lands in bonus credit — never in live cash — and the promo is then marked as used.

How stakes are funded
Every trade takes live cash first. If your live cash is smaller than the stake, the remainder comes out of bonus credit. That split is recorded on the trade, so the payout can be routed back to the right buckets at settlement.

Losses
A losing trade burns the buckets in the same order the stake was funded: live cash first, then bonus credit. This means your own deposit is always consumed before the bonus is touched, and a run of losses can leave you with $0 withdrawable while bonus credit is still available for trading.
Withdrawals
- Only live cash is withdrawable. The withdrawal screen shows exactly this amount.
- Bonus credit is kept, not forfeited, when you withdraw — it stays in your wallet for trading.
- Bonus profit is never part of a withdrawal; spend it on a challenge instead.
- Minimum live withdrawal is $15. Funded-account payouts follow their own $100 minimum and payout cycle.
Buying challenges
Challenge checkout uses your purchase power: live cash plus bonus profit. Live cash is charged first and bonus profit covers the remainder. If activation fails for any reason, each bucket is refunded exactly what it paid.
- Can I withdraw my bonus?
No. Bonus credit is trading-only and can never be withdrawn or converted to cash.
- I deposited $100 and got $200. Can I withdraw $200?
No. $100 is your live cash and is withdrawable; the other $100 is bonus credit. If you lose money, live cash is spent first, so your withdrawable balance drops before the bonus is touched.
- What happens to profit I make with the bonus?
The bonus-funded share of the profit goes to bonus profit, which is not withdrawable but can pay for any challenge plan.
- Does bonus credit expire?
Some promotions carry an expiry date, shown on the bonus card in the Promotions tab. Expired bonus credit is removed from the tradable balance.
- Can I decline a bonus?
Yes. Contact support before or shortly after the deposit and we can remove the bonus credit so only live cash remains.
- Does a bonus change my challenge rules?
No. Bonus buckets only exist in the live wallet. Challenge and funded accounts have their own balance, drawdown, and payout rules.
