Account sharing, IP, and VPN policy
Updated 2026-07-05
Quick answer
Only the verified account owner may trade the account. Sharing credentials, letting someone else trade, or trading from suspicious/mismatched IPs can hold a payout and lead to closure.
- One trader per account. One account per trader.
- VPN use is not blocked, but consistent trading from restricted-country IPs can trigger review.
- Family sharing a household network should each use their OWN account and OWN identity.
- KYC identity must match the person actually trading — inconsistencies at payout are the most common cause of held withdrawals.
Edge cases
- Can I trade from multiple devices?
Yes. Devices and cities are fine. Consistent access from a different country/identity is where reviews happen.
- Can I hire a trader to trade my account for a cut?
No. That's account sharing and it voids payouts if discovered.
